Meals
Friday night: “All American Picnic” (burgers, brats, veggie burgers, and side dishes. $8.50). ON SMSU campus; observing and contest to follow.
Saturday Lunch:“Fiesta Salad” lunch (greens topped with strips of beef and chicken, cheese, veggies, other goodies, $8);
Saturday Dinner: "The Grand Buffet” banquet (multiple entrees, side dishes desserts, etc., $15.50) Vegetarian options available for both meals on Saturday.
